This policy applies only to the website https://codeblu.es. Codeblu's products (Timeblu, Moveblu) have their own privacy policies, available on their respective sites.

2. What data we process and why

This website is informational. It has no sign-up forms and uses no cookies or analytics tools that identify visitors.

2.1 Emails you send us

If you write to hello@codeblu.es, legal@codeblu.es or any other company address, we process your email address, your name if you provide it and the content of your message for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry.

• Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by sending the message, and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling requests (art. 6.1.f GDPR) or compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR), for example when you exercise your data protection rights.
• Retention: as long as needed to reply and, afterwards, for the limitation period of any liabilities that may arise.

2.2 Technical browsing data

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical data about requests to the site, such as IP address, browser and access date, in order to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period and we do not use them to identify you or build profiles.

3. Cookies

This site does not use cookies or equivalent tracking technologies. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties. To run the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. (United States), website hosting. International transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace), corporate email, with the same safeguards for international transfers.

5. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to legal@codeblu.es, stating the right you are exercising and proving your identity. We will reply within one month at most.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and access control on our email systems.

We may update this policy when the law or the way we use the site changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
